The project team worked to perfectly fit the buildings based on natural topography, the health of surrounding trees and minimizing the impact on the forest floor. The initial planning considered the constraints of how to build, how far a crane could reach, the heights to maximize the guest experience, and minimizing the impact on existing facility operations.
